how to order

Order Window: Monday - Thursday.

  1. Choose 1 of the 3 plans for the week; Low calorie, keto, or bulk. 

2. look over the weekly menu under your desired plan. updated every monday.

3. You can choose 5 lunches for the week, 5 dinners for the week, or 5 lunches and 5 dinners for the week.

4. add your desired meal plan to your cart and head over to checkout at the top right corner of the page.

5. Enter your information and be sure to select pickup or delivery.

Orders must be placed by Thursday the week before you would like the meals.  Orders placed after Thursday’s deadline will be for the Meal Plan 2 WEEKS from the order date.

Subscriptions will auto renew every week/month. You may cancel at any time free of charge.

No substitutions.

Seafood or red meat restrictions will be accommodated with a chicken substitution.
