Q: CAN I CHANGE MY PLAN AT ANY TIME?
A: Yes. In order to change your plan, you must cancel your current subscription (free of charge) and sign up for your new subscription.
Q: WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
A:We deliver throughout the Lehigh Valley. We currently serve Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, Center valley, Whitehall, Macungie, Emmaus, Orefield, Northampton, Nazareth, etc. Enter your zip code during checkout and the website will determine your delivery fee by location.
Q: WHAT IS THE DELIVERY SCHEDULE?
A: Delivery Windows;
Sunday: 9am - 2pm. Monday and Tuesday meals delivered.
Tuesday: 4pm - 8pm. Wednesday and Thursday meals delivered.
Thursday: 4pm - 8pm. Friday meals delivered
Q: WHEN WILL MY PREP BY THE POUND ORDER BE READY?
A: Prep by the Pound orders placed before the Thursday deadline will be available Sunday for pickup (11am-3pm) or delivery (10am-2pm). Prep by the Pound orders placed between Friday-Saturday will be available Tuesday for pickup (11am-6pm) or delivery (4pm - 8pm).
Q: CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?
A:Yes! CLICK HERE FOR GIFT CARDS. It is a digital gift card with a unique promo code for the recipient to use when they chose to order. They will enter the promo code at checkout.
Q: HOW DO I APPLY A PROMO CODE?
